      SingaporeArt.org is a non-profit establishment that seeks to archive materials relating to the practice of visual arts by Singaporean artists, and the practice of visual arts by foreign artists in Singapore.  

      SingaporeArt.org has been established because it is clear that a significant proportion of published materials on the internet are removed over time, and in many instances, no copies of the original materials remain. SingaporeArt.org sees its public mission as a historian and a conservationist of the artistic heritage of Singapore.

      SingaporeArt.org has been in operation since 1999.

      The non-profit nature of SingaporeArt.org is self-evident.

      SingaporeArt.org welcomes monetary and resource support for its archival mission, and does not discriminate on the quantity, quality, or source of the support.

      SingaporeArt.org is in the process of formalizing its non-profit status.
